Sue Bingham, Founder and Principal

For more than 30 years, Sue, a former Human Resources Executive, has provided direction to companies in the transportation & logistics, pharmaceutical, aerospace, food, bottling, floral, optical, textile and medical device industries. She has worked closely with company leaders to analyze their organizations and facilitate the implementation of common-sense systems that have a positive impact on the organization’s bottom line. She is an expert at effectively using culture to form a common language across global operations leading to greater collaboration, higher levels of team member satisfaction and increased business unit cooperation.

Ken Bingham, Founder and Primary Architect

Ken is the architect of High Performance Work Place (HPWP), a philosophy he originated through extensive research and 35 years of highly successful, practical application. As a former Human Resource executive, Ken possesses an extensive background in employee relations and union/management cooperative agreements. With a challenging yet compassionate intensity, Ken coaches clients to achieve positive, lasting change in their behavior—for themselves, their employees and their organizations. As a mentor to the HPWP Consulting team, Ken provides invaluable guidance, good humor, and continual inspiration.

Annie Snowbarger, Marketing Director

Annie has worked with HPWP Consulting since its inception in 2006 and is responsible for the marketing foundation that has facilitated HPWP’s growth. During her corporate career, Annie developed expertise training culturally diverse groups, establishing thought leadership, and motivating teams for success. She spent 15 years building high performance sales teams, strategic partnerships and distribution channels in Europe, Asia and Latin America.  Her passion is promoting the HPWP vision at every opportunity.

Bob Dusin, Partner

Raised on a wheat farm in western Kansas, Bob has always been driven by the idea of getting a little better every day. He has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and, as a project manager, guided the construction of the tallest concrete high-rise in the United States. As a Business Consultant, Bob has helped numerous organizations create motivating work environments and develop highly effective leaders.

Bonnie Hansel, Accounting Manager

Bonnie has twenty years of recruiting and staffing experience and is a Certified Staffing Professional. In this capacity, she has worked closely with hiring managers to analyze organizational needs and implement a recruiting strategy tailored to their company. Her passion is helping companies research and plan for Human Resources. Bonnie provides the critical assistance necessary to support day-to-day administration and operations of HPWP.

Zia Fennell, Business Consultant and Facilitator

Zia has over 15 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience in manufacturing, corporate and union environments where she focused on leading cultural change initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources from Anderson University, an MBA from Kennesaw State University, and a PHR Certification. Zia’s strong values are evident in her work with clients. She is passionate about doing what makes sense while treating people the right way.

Michael Edgley, Business Consultant and Facilitator

Michael has spent the majority of his career supervising and managing employees in sales and warehouse environments. He is a highly successful leader who has consistently achieved operational goals. Mike was introduced to the HPWP operating philosophy in 2008 when he attended the High Performance Leadership Workshop™ as a participant. One of his first actions after the workshop was to align team goals and priorities. Within the first year, his organization had a ten million dollar financial improvement.

Jenna Bingham Grizzard, Partner

Jenna has 10 years’ experience in progressively responsible human resources roles in highly successful organizations.  She has been able to lead and support several companies in their pursuit of creating a High Performance Work Place (HPWP) culture.  Her expertise implementing and coaching High Performance Hiring Teams, High Performance Counseling and her strong facilitation skills have resulted in significant turnover reduction and measurable increases in individual and team performance.

Gloria St. Martin-Lowry, Business Consultant and Facilitator

Gloria has 20 years of manufacturing human resource and corporate strategist experience. It’s a role that has allowed her the opportunity to support fellow executives as agents of organizational change. Gloria’s focus has been on developing quantifiable performance measures, lowering costs relative to liabilities in the workplace, managing employee benefit programs and encouraging employee commitment to the principles of the High Performance Work Place.
