[ 2,000 Alumni Leaders Trained! ]

2000_2HPWP Consulting LLC, a leading driver of organization culture change, is celebrating the 2,000th participant in our signature High Performance Leadership Workshop!

Training the 2,000th leader took place during the High Performance Leadership Workshop held at the Knight Transportation corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. The packed class of leaders were challenged to use non-traditional culture change concepts to transform their organizations into high performance workplaces.

“Leadership is about one life positively influencing another,” said Sue Bingham, Founder and Principal of HPWP Consulting. “These 2,000 high-performance leaders have an incredible opportunity to create a workplace that is different from the one they inherited — a workplace characterized by trust and value for every employee’s contributions.”

This energetic and engaging five-day leadership workshop offers a proven approach for building an organization that supports continuous improvement and growth. Throughout the workshop, leaders grasp the powerful connection between building a strong culture and maximizing quality, productivity and innovation.

The workshop brings together leaders from all levels, including executives, directors, managers and supervisors, and equips them to become agents of change in their personal and work lives.

Consistently ranked as “exceptional”, “life-changing”, and “the best workshop ever attended”, the workshop provides solutions to participant’s most challenging leadership issues.  This workshop was no exception!  Enjoy the photos below from the celebration, including a delicious cake from gourmet bakery Twelve Cakes Bakery.  Congratulations, HPWP Alumni!
